Jens Haugland: Uno-X Pro Cycling Team carry the gender equality torch

By establishing a Women's World Tour professional cycling team, Uno-X may be taking a significant step towards more gender equality in cycling. Recently, they announced that they will have such a women's team up and riding from 2022. I talk to Jens Haugland, the CEO of Uno-X, about the challenges of building a women's team, about green washing and why Uno-X is so involved in cycling.
