Henrik Orre is well known as Vélochef. He has published three coffee table cookbooks and spent several years cooking for Team Sky on the men's World Tour. Together with Aaron Apew and the host of this podcast he is now about to open the doors to Vélochef Clubhouse in Oslo - the first of its kind in Scandinavia and maybe even the world.
